Questions owners ask
Do my players need an app?
No. Everything opens from a link in the browser, and they log in with their phone number.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, paid out on Stripe's schedule for your country. Stripe's card fees are charged on your account, as they would be with any system.
Will Rallyd send me players?
Not the way a marketplace does. Rallyd helps the players you have play more often and bring their friends: shared match pages, ladders and socials.
We already have a member list. Can it come across?
Yes. We import it for you, as we did for Project Padel, and the list stays yours.
Does it work for more than one venue?
Yes. Three clubs run under one operator today, each with its own courts and prices.
We open in spring. When should we start?
While the courts are being built. Clubs usually choose their system a few months before opening, and your community can start before your doors do.
